Terms of Service

For the purposes of these Terms:

Product refers to any script, model, asset, plugin, package, system, framework, user interface, software, code, documentation, configuration file, update, or digital content distributed by Nexora Studios.

License refers to the limited permission granted to a Customer to use a Product under these Terms.

Customer refers to the individual or organization that purchased or obtained a Product directly from Nexora Studios.

Unauthorized Distribution includes leaking, sharing, transferring, selling, re-uploading, publishing, or distributing any Product without explicit written authorization.

Intellectual Property includes all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, source code, designs, branding, documentation, and proprietary materials owned by Nexora Studios.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Nexora Studios grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use purchased Products solely for their intended purpose.

This license does not transfer ownership of any Product.

All rights not expressly granted remain the exclusive property of Nexora Studios.

All Products remain the sole and exclusive property of Nexora Studios.

Purchasing a Product grants usage rights only and does not grant ownership rights.

You may not claim ownership of any Nexora Studios Product, system, framework, script, model, design, branding element, or documentation.

All copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, designs, source code, and proprietary technologies remain the property of Nexora Studios.

Customers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Products and associated materials.

Any Product obtained from Nexora Studios shall be treated as confidential intellectual property.

You shall not disclose, reveal, distribute, expose, publish, or provide access to any Product to third parties without explicit written authorization.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Any leak may result in immediate enforcement actions including license termination and permanent blacklisting.

You may not:

Any attempt to bypass technical protections constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by Nexora Studios, you may not:

Each purchase is intended solely for the original Customer. Licenses are non-transferable.

Where applicable, official Nexora Studios branding must remain intact.

Customers may customize: settings, user interfaces, configuration values, and visual appearance.

However, Customers may not: remove official Nexora Studios branding notices, remove ownership credits, replace branding intended to identify Nexora Studios as the original creator, or misrepresent Nexora Studios Products as their own creations.

Any removal of required attribution may constitute a violation of these Terms.

Customers agree to use Products lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use Nexora Studios Products for: illegal activities, fraudulent activities, harassment, malicious attacks, intellectual property infringement, platform policy violations, or activities that may damage Nexora Studios' reputation.

Support is provided at Nexora Studios' sole discretion.

Nexora Studios reserves the right to limit, refuse, suspend, or terminate support services.

Support may be denied for Customers who violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. No specific response times are guaranteed.

Nexora Studios may release updates, fixes, modifications, improvements, patches, or enhancements at its sole discretion.

We are under no obligation to maintain compatibility indefinitely, continue development, provide future updates, or support discontinued versions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital goods, virtual products, downloadable content, scripts, software, assets, and digital services: NO REFUNDS SHALL BE PROVIDED.

This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, lack of usage, buyer remorse, compatibility misunderstandings, accidental purchases, and failure to read documentation.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final.

Customers are solely responsible for their accounts, credentials, devices, and security practices.

Any activity performed using your account shall be deemed your responsibility.

Nexora Studios shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from Customer negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Studios shall not be liable for: direct damages, indirect damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, data loss, revenue loss, business interruption, service interruptions, or platform-related issues.

All Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of Products is entirely at the Customer's own risk.

Nexora Studios makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, compatibility with future updates, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted performance.

All warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nexora Studios reserves the right to revoke any license immediately and without prior notice if: these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, unauthorized distribution occurs, reverse engineering is attempted, or abuse toward staff occurs.

Termination may result in license revocation, Product access removal, support termination, and permanent blacklisting.

No refund shall be issued following termination.

Nexora Studios may modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of Products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Nexora Studios and the Customer regarding the Products and Services provided by Nexora Studios.

Any prior agreements, discussions, communications, or understandings are superseded by these Terms.

Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to Nexora Studios through official support channels.

Any copy of a Nexora Studios Product obtained through leaks, unauthorized distribution, third-party transfers, piracy, or any source other than an official Nexora Studios sales channel shall be considered unauthorized.

Users found possessing, using, distributing, or benefiting from unauthorized copies may be subject to:

Nexora Studios reserves the right to refuse service to any individual associated with unauthorized copies.

Nexora Studios reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms.

Evidence may include:

Refusal to cooperate with a reasonable investigation may result in enforcement actions.

Products obtained through unauthorized means are not eligible for:

Nexora Studios assumes no responsibility for modified, leaked, tampered, or unofficial versions of its Products.
